All Extang aluminum frames, components, clamps, bows, and hardware have a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The Tonno Tarp has a prorated 10-year warranty: * Years 1-3, Extang will cover the entire cost of replacement. * Years 4-5, Extang will cover 70 percent of the cost of replacement. * Years 6-7, Extang will cover 50 percent of the cost of replacement. * Years 8-10, Extang will cover 30 percent of the cost of replacement. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or installation or modifications, acts of God, or normal wear. Extang would like to speak to the customer to handle any and all warranty issues. They include a warranty card with all of their parts and would like the customer to contact them on all warranty issues.
